I say the plus system is the origin of his rush mindset. People are used to wow tbc classic gold trying to clean a dungeon as fast as humanely possible. I arrived back after a long break a few weeks ago. When BC finished up I played. I had tanked back in the afternoon and enjoyed a great dungeon. You’d need to crowd control mobs and actually have some strategy along with your pulls. I don’t feel anything to much of a rush. If im going to slow DPS starts pulling we wipe and then folks anger stopped. WOW Classic is stunning by enjoying the world/dungeons/raids in a rate that is comfortable, and I get my pleasure out of it.

Individuals have life behind the monitor, guy may need to go afk for two minutes to look after his child or whatever. Coming back after my long break this really is the issue I see WOW Classic. To much to do to much emphasis on rushing through all the content. Id like to see them make it more difficult to AOE every trash pull, bring back the audience control and pull strategies. Dungeons will require longer so provide rewards.

Don’t take this personally, however that isn’t the 2000s anymore. What used to be super new in mmos (that the chance for close direct interaction with different people throughout the internet) is something that social media now readily provides and actually people have gotten burnt from that. Stop needing 2005 back. Its not happening. Nobody wants to interact with ramdom individuals, 80 percent of whomst are annoying gamer types who’ll call you a slur within an hour of understanding them. If you’d like community you will need to split your own little space in WOW Classic.

I’m an officer in our guild and I will relate to this. I had ran an ally raiding guild in BC and Wrath and when Cata struck, my guild fell apart because of the guild rankings introduced in that expansion and all the little guilds were gobbled into those big guilds that you ended up only becoming a number in. I since changed to Horde and it has been a struggle to find something, something great for a long time. I found a guild which for the most part it was just the GL and I logging in night after night, running random things either together or by our selves but never really doing much recruiting because of the issues you outlined.

Flash forward to about three or four weeks past when Blizz redid the guild chat window and how you could search for guilds and I could not be happier. We have since posted that we are a social, family friendly guild first of all. After a while of talking to individuals and interacting together, and then doing this together and gradually, getting them to open up to each other, then it has been unreal on how well we’re doing today. We’ve got a number of husband/wife teams that have children and what not but we are starting to now get runs scheduled to the calendar which people may sign up for if they wish to. We try to keep guild pressure off people since the last thing I need is just another work away from my actual one.

We have created a guild Discord station that people can talk to outside of WoW and I continue to just post random crap on the board in order to help draw people in. I started playing WoW because it was fun, I remained playing because of the friends I would eventually make and eventually getting back to this was made WOW Classic pleasure. If anyone is interested in checking us out and like I mentioned, we’re more of a social and family guild, everybody is welcome.
